Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on JOY.com, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from JOY to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from JOY to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.
For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get a refund 1 day after the claim process finishes. This guarantee is in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, as granted by all mandatory laws and regulations applicable in your country of residence.
1. Contact Seller go to your order history and select the item. Discuss the issue with the seller and see possible solutions.
2. Apply for Refund if you can't come to an amicable agreement after contacting the seller, simply raise a claim by opening a dispute within 1-4 days following the delivery of your order or the end of the package receipt confirmation period (as listed in your order details).

How fast is refund?
• Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.
• Items will be processed at a local warehouse, instead of being sent back to the seller’s country of origin.
Return Shipment Fee
The shipping/ delivery cost of your returned goods will be paid by you.
The seller must comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as buyer. For instance, in most countries you will generally have a 7-60 days legal conformity warranty and a 7-14 days right to return (please note that in case of return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller).

We have a 30-day policy on cellphones, computers, laptops and tablets all other products have a 7-day return policy, which means you have these days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
