It is your responsibility to send out your customer order on time. JOY- Marketplace is working with B&N delivery service to provide your business with an island wide delivery service. 

Our standard delivery time to the customer is one day delivery. You are required to prepare your orders on the same day you received a new order notification. That is, you have the day the customer placed the order and the following morning to prepare your order. Delivery will run from 10am- 5pm. You must request for orders to be picked up. B&N delivery will pick up your order from your home or business place, the order pick up option is located at the bottom of the website in seller help centre. 

You are not able to select the delivery speed that you want to provide to your customers. By default the delivery speed is set to 1 day delivery. You are able to set up your store's delivery policy which will inform the customers of how fast they are able to receive their order from your store. This service is part of your store plan, no additional fees will be incurred.

Advantages of B&N delivery service 

1) You will be charged a discounted rate on processing fees to collect cash on delivery or card payments from the customer because you are selling on JOY. 

2) You are given the option to insure your package in case it gets stolen, lost or damaged, you will receive the full value of your product. 

3) The delivery service will handle the customer service when delivering your order to the customer.
